    Assigning a helper: I recommend assigning a friend or family member who knows both sides of the family to help gather people. This keeps things moving quickly.

    Timing: We usually schedule family portraits right after the ceremony while everyone is still gathered and looking their best. If you prefer a different time, we can absolutely adjust the schedule.
